I started running around 10 years ago and quickly fell in love with the sport! I love all distances and have raced anywhere from the mile to 55k. My current running goal is to complete all 5 star Major Marathons. NYC, Boston (love), Berlin and Chicago have all been amazing so I'm looking forward to London and Tokyo. I'm not as fast as I used to be but I can still motor along pretty well. PR for the marathon is 2:38 in Boston and PR for the half is 1:13 here in RNR AZ. Currently I'm training to reach my ultimate goal of qualifying for Kona the Ironman World Championships. With three Ironmans completed I'll be attempting to qualify for Kona with Ironman Canada and Ironman Arizona this year. Looking forward to pacing the Lost Dutchman Marathon.

By the 2020 Lost Dutchman Marathon, I will have completed 92 marathons and more than 100 half marathons. Among them, I was a pacer either for races or personal friends at about 65 marathons and about 85 half marathons.

I ran the 2011 Twin Cities Marathon in 4:05:23 as Mudonna (Weight: 19 Pounds), the Saint Paul Saints Independent Minor League Baseball Mascot which qualified as a World Record of Running Fastest Marathon as Mascot at that time.

I enjoy race pacing because I love helping runners achieve their goals.
